ATTENTION GEORGIA CLIENTS- The GA Board of Medicine requires an initial assessment prior to receiving your 1st service. The cost is $25 once annually. You will receive a text message after booking with a link to a quick virtual visit with our practitioner if you would like to complete it prior to your appointment.
